“Lodge by the Sea” at Ocean Creek Resort in Myrtle Beach.

Like you, when we get ready to take a trip our biggest concern is finding a clean and comfortable place to stay. There shouldn't be anxiety about the accomodations but being anxiuos to get there is what we want you to feel. The housekeeping team from Ocean Creek Properties makes sure this happens. It's like a hotel but only bigger and better. You'll see what we mean the moment you arrive.

Our condo is about 935 sq. ft. Giving you and your family plenty of room to relax and make yourself at home. Unlike a hotel room, you're going to be able to put the kids to bed for a good nights' rest and still watch a DVD in the den. If T.V. isn't for you, then enjoy the screened in porch while sipping a cool drink and chatting it up. We've equipped our condo with a DVD player, VCR, cable TV, loads of board games and card games.

You'll also find plenty of quiet time at "Lodge by the Sea". Our condo is on the top (4th) floor and is also an end unit. This means that you won't hear too much of your neighbors above or beside you. Summers at Ocean Creek can get busy and there's nothing more annoying than being disturbed by other guests coming and going, luggage trollys running past your door at all hours and heavy footed sleepwalkers above you. We had all of that in mind when we chose 2426 to become "Lodge by the Sea".

You'll find the bathrooms to be very clean and bright. Hot water is never an issue, so plan on having a good long soak after walking the beach. Hair dryers are available standard in both of the bathrooms at the well-lit vanities. The vanities both bathrooms have a generous mirror and medicine cabinet.

The galley kitchen is fully stocked with the basic tools any chef will need to feed their family. A full feature stove and oven is ready for you to whip up all the favorite dishes from home. The microwave oven is the latest in compact state of the art instant cooking. Whether it's a bag of popcorn you want or careful thawing of your meal, you're set. Of course the fridge has automatic ice maker with freezer to store that late night treat you want to stash away. Finally, not unlike your home, the sink has a disposal and there is a fast and quiet dishwasher. All of this means you'll be able to avoid spending too much on dining out and more on fun activities.

Sleep til noon with heavy blinds and black out drapes. This is vacation and this is your schedule. We won't let that sun bother you until you get good and ready. Crank that A/C down to "freezing" and sleep all day if you like. Myrtle Beach has a great nightlife and you need you rest!

A washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the condo but within a few feet of your front door. You can stay caught up on your laundry if you please or just wash that underwear you're running low on at the end of the week. Again, the conveniences of home while away.

"Lodge by the Sea" at Myrtle Beach comfortably sleeps six and is like home away from home. As part of a 57 Acre beachfront resort property known as Ocean Creek you'll have walking access to the beach of course but so much more. Pools (indoor and outdoor), beachfront cabana and bar, workout facility, putting green, The Fours Season's Restaurant and much more. By foot, bike or tram you can explore hours of shopping, dining and theatre at the adjacent Barefoot Landing.

Although "Lodge by the Sea" is not an oceanfront condo you are within 200 yards of the crystal white sands of Myrtle Beach. It's a short walk or you can take the convenient trolly that traverses the resort all Summer long. There are no busy streets to cross as you stroll the heavily shaded pathway that meanders over the lazy creek and empties out onto the beach.
